Conclusion
The success of these efforts does not only lie on the number of youth participants who were given training or on how many were hired after the attachment programme but also in proving the fact that the youth, when given an opportunity to improve themselves and to practice and enhance what they have learned will not find it impossible to find a decent job.
ATDC’s endeavor for the unemployed youth is an example of what private companies can do – with the support of other companies and the government- to create an impact to the youth and their families and eventually help address the unemployment issues of the country.
