In general, ATDC offers customized courses, i.e., they are designed according to the specifications given by the clients. In the absence of any specifications from the clients, ATDC introduces courses as per best practices or relevant international standards.

These courses are periodically updated based on new input from clients and manufacturers, revision of standards or innovative delivery strategies.

The Trainers are experts in their own areas of specialization and usually in possession of some international accreditation. They also have long years of work experience in their specialties.

ATDC trainers are multilingual and flexible in the delivery of courses. They are capable of delivering courses in English or Bahasa, the native language of most personnel from Brunei, Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Trainers can also train in ATDC training site or in the clients’ work premises. They can even conduct courses on vessels or offshore locations thus, responding to the work schedule of the personnel minimizing operation downtime. Furthermore, the participants are actually trained in their own worksites, using their own tools and equipment and operating in a realistic working environment.
