ATDC Sdn Bhd was established on July, 1991 as a training company to supplement the Adinin Group of Companies' activities in the various sectors. Its primary mission is to improve company productivity through personnel training.

ATDC Sdn Bhd is a training and consultancy company located in the oil-rich town of Seria, in the country of Brunei Darussalam in Southeast Asia. ATDC, which is an acronym for Adinin Training and Development Centre, is a part of the Adinin Group of Companies, a leading contractor and service provider in Brunei, with a conglomerate of 15 individual companies. ATDC counts amongst its resource pool organizations, institutions and professional trainers and consultants, specialists in their field and located in many parts of the world. We conduct tailor-made courses for a wide diversity of clients, from oil and gas to construction, civil services, and career development. Our core courses are in safety, e.g., Lifting Courses, Scaffolding, Driving Courses, Behaviour in Safety, Safety Leadership, etc. We also offer other training, such as Teambuilding Courses, Management and Supervision, Creative Thinking.
ATDC is internationally accredited by the following bodies:
- CSkills (NVQ for Scaffolding, UK)\
- WHSE (Workplace Health Safety & Environment, Australia)
And is a member of LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association, UK).
